NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING BEFORE THE BELGRADE CITY-COUNTY PLANNING BOARD BELGRADE CITY COUNCIL Notice is hereby given that the Belgrade City-County Planning Board will conduct a public hearing on Monday, July 30, 2018 at 7:00 p.m. and the Belgrade City Council will conduct a public hearing on Monday August 6, 2018 at 7:00 p.m. Both public hearings will take place in the Belgrade City Council Chambers, 91 E Central Ave., Belgrade, MT. The purpose of the hearing is to review a proposed amendment to the Story Creek Subdivision and Planned Unit Development (PUD) to eliminate the Oakwood Drive access to the unsubdivided gravel pit land to the west and add one more lot to the project. The City Council will also be considering a request from the applicant to commence construction of Phase 2 of the project. A copy of the Preliminary Plat and PUD Application is on file and available for inspection at the Belgrade City-County Planning Office, 91 E. Central Ave., Belgrade, Montana. The property is described as Tract 1 of Minor Subdivision No. 423, located in the SE ^ of the SW ^ of Section 35, T1N, R4E, P.M.M., City of Belgrade, Gallatin County, MT. The site is the southeast 43 acres of the area known as the Prescott Property between Westwood Circle and the gravel pit adjacent to Bolinger Road. The Planning Board and City Council will consider all testimony, written or spoken at the hearings. The proposed amended preliminary plat, PUD, and phasing plan is available for public inspection at Belgrade City Hall.
