Cuffs

A Manhattan “weapons disturbance” call on May 17 in ended with the arrest of Three Forks resident Nathan Petrlich, 45. The sheriff’s deputy on scene got help from Manhattan police officer William Armstrong. It was 1:47 a.m. and Petrlich had stabbed his roommate, after an argument. The victim then pointed a pistol at Petrlich, but said he really didn’t want to shoot him and he had fled.

When law enforcement answered the call, there was a large amount of blood on the floor, and a pistol on a kitchen counter covered in blood. Petrlich was eventually arrested on an APB for felony assault with a weapon. He was jailed on no bond.
